Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about health and wellness.
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a positive and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
Escort and set up patients in treatment rooms
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and basic clinical support as needed
Keep the reception and treatment areas organized and presentable
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients
Qualifications
Previous front desk, receptionist, or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable learning office management and electronic health record systems
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Interest in health, wellness, or chiropractic care is a plus
Schedule
Part-time (hours and days to be discussed; flexibility preferred)
